Kumari Manisha Singh of Class - X was awarded Scholarship by Sports Authority of India worth Rs. 8400/- for having bagged Bronze Medal in National Boxing Competition held in 2007.

K. V. Baripada participated in Cluster level SOCIAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION held at K.V. Dhenkanal. One exhibit entitled "THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA"prepared by AMRITA PANIGRAHI of Class VII , and one painting of Numa Mohapatra of Class VII got SELECTED for KVS regional Level Competition.

In KVS Regional Level SOCIAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION , the same exhibit "THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA" got selected for KVS NATIONAL LEVEL COMPETITION to be held at KV Colaba, Mumbai.
